I'm heading out of town tomorrow, returning late Saturday night. Looking forward to a nice relaxing trip full of good times with my lovely wife and WoW withdrawals.

I'll probably pop on Twitter here and there, check email, and maaaaybe throw up a small blog post or two while mobile if the inspiration strikes me. For the most part, though, there will be radio silence.

You kids be good while I'm gone.

Good Day,

Been checking in occasionally to see the misadventures you get into. I guess whay people check in is you give sort of a "real" perspective to what you are doing as a Tank. Interesting to read what others are doing and how they are doing it. Less analytical than other sites.

As an update, wanted to let you know that spent last few weeks gearing up, now have def up to 539, and 31,000HP, and last night we ran 3 heroics in a row (for emblems). First time tanking heroics with any real success. Had good group with couple of guildies and some others, some patience, and I think overall we did good job, at least they seemed happy. Ran Nexus, AN and VH. Only realy problem as in VH when those guys split on the stairs, two down each side, they do not like making it easy for warrior tank. :)

Anyway, thanks for advise a couple weeks ago, looking forward to many more heroics, and may yet get that Red Sword!!

Hey Trisk,

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Glad to have you as a reader.

In VH when the mobs split, I'll usually heroic throw the caster in one group then charge the other group. Usually just tagging one of the two will bring the other one running with him. Takes a little practice, but you'll get the hang of it.

Good luck knocking out that heroic grind. Let me know how you're doing from time to time :)
